Raised Floor Systems & Cold Air Lock Installations

We design and implement raised flooring and air-lock solutions to manage underfloor cold air distribution and preserve cooling efficiency.

Technical Scope
  • High-strength steel or calcium sulphate raised floor panels with anti-static surface finishes.
  • Stringer/grid systems designed for load-bearing capacity to support racks and heavy equipment.
  • Underfloor plenum design for pressurized cold air supply.
  • Installation of perforated tiles, directional airflow tiles, and high-static-pressure tiles.
  • Cold air locks at data hall entry points to prevent warm air intrusion and pressure imbalance.
